Connell Contractors Limited was established in 1985 and is a Hamilton based specialist drainage company also undertaking earthworks and minor roading. The company’s philosophy has always been to be an adaptable specialist contractor with a skilled and well resourced workforce. Connell Contractors Limited owns a modern fleet of equipment. Excavators (4 ton to 30 ton) and loaders are equipped with quick hitches and attachments for pipe handling and compacting trenches.

We have purpose built trench supports, bedding skips, rollers, pumps, sheetpiling and dewatering systems. Our policy is to replace plant regularly and keep abreast of modern technology to reduce downtime. These resources combined with our technical ability allow our company to target a wide range of civil construction contracts either as head contractor or in a subcontract role. All plant and equipment is owned by Connell Contractors Limited and unencumbered.

We have a well respected reputation for quality and service throughout the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Coromandel areas. We are the recipients of two NZCF National Construction Awards for contracts completed in Tauranga.
